Paddleboard Yoga & Fitness

From the warmth of the indoor River Valley Athletic Club pool, we use paddleboards to challenge our strength, balance and flexibility. Each session starts with more stable poses to warm the body and discover the balance. We build on that foundation as the class and weeks progress. Drop-ins are welcome but we encourage students to come for several classes so they can see the amazing improvement in their balance and stability. Classes last one hour. Please wear something you don't mind getting wet that you are comfortable practicing yoga in.
