3 Week Indoor SUP Fitness Series

A fun class in a great setting at the Inver Grove Heights Community Center Pool!  This 3 week session focuses on strengthening, balance, presence, breath and stability.  We begin with more stable exercises and progress our way to more challenging moves by week 3.  Everyone has the option to work within their range of ability.  A dynamic and challenging workout that leaves each participant feeling successful and accomplished.
