Week 2 (Right/Left Body Balance Work!!!)
In this class we will challenge opposite aspects of the physical body! We will discover why it is so important to work your body in this way. This is a fun class and is a fabulous way to incorporate the paddleboard into your work outs. The more you practice and let go of the 'mind' the easier this becomes. See for yourself! Classes will be geared for All Levels giving Beginners starting level postures and advanced participants more challenging aspects. Sign up for all 6 classes and receive a discounted rate or take classes individually. $15 per class or $80 for the series.
