Week 3 (Exploring Backbends!!!)
Why do we love or hate backbends and what does this tell us about the physical and energetic body? We will use this hour to build into our backbends and discover new ways to approach this aspect of our flexibility and yoga practice. Strong backs equal pain free backs. Let the paddleboard add a natural and fun challenge to either a beloved or intimidating poses. Classes will be geared for All Levels giving Beginners starting level postures and advanced participants more challenging aspects. Sign up for all 6 classes and receive a discounted rate or take classes individually. $15 per class or $80 for the series.
